An MBA holder from IPMI Business School, an International Certified Valuation Specialist (ICVS), Certified Investment Banker (CIB) and Wakil Manajer Investasi (WMI), Mr. Rama’s major expertise includes investment, international business valuation, M&A, IPO advisory, business restructuring as well as business process improvement. He worked for several multinational corporations with various positions. He was one of the founders and Partners of KAP Rama Wendra. He is currently also the Independent Commissioner of PT Bakrie Sumatera Plantations Tbk. A member of Indonesian Institute of Certified Public Accountants and Indonesian Institute of Accountants, he is also a member of the International Association of Consultants, Valuators and Analysts (IACVA), Canada.

A Certified Public Accountant (CPA), Certified Investment Banker (CIB) and Fund Manager Representative (Wakil Manajer Investasi – WMI). He is currently the Independent Commissioner of PT DMS Propertindo Tbk. Among his major expertise are merger and acquisition, financial and business due diligence, corporate, asset and capital restructuring, business valuation and IPO advisory. He is currently in the process of getting his master degree in Prasetiya Mulya Business School.
